⭐ 1/5 – Profits removed over an unexplained "linked account"I traded on my own XM account and was making a profit. When I submitted a withdrawal request, it was rejected. Shortly after, I received an email saying my account was "connected" to another account that had been terminated, and that all my trades, profits and losses would be nullified and the account permanently closed.My profits were wiped and only a small part of my balance was left. I submitted a withdrawal request for it, and so far nothing has reached me. XM has also not told me which account I am supposedly linked to, or what the connection is. I traded alone, with my own money and my own decisions.What bothers me most is the timing: no issue was raised while I was depositing and trading, only when I asked to withdraw my profits.I'm sharing this so others know: XM may let you trade normally, then cancel your profits at withdrawal time based on a vague "linked account" claim, without showing any evidence. Read the Terms carefully and think twice before trusting them with larger amounts.I have asked XM in writing for the details of the alleged connection and will update this review based on their response.

@XM_COM I need answers regarding rejecting my withdrawal and denial of my profits and closure of my trading accounts. @XM_COM alleges that I engaged in “opposite” or coordinated trading, but has provided no specific evidence showing how I supposedly did this. I have traded major news events before and lose money with them. Now that I have made a profit of $9k from a balance of $1k, my profits are suddenly tdenied and account being closed . If I violated your Terms, show me the specific evidence and exact clause I violated. I am asking for transparency and the return of my legitimate profit and any funds you cannot establish as invalid. @XM_COM , please address this publicly and explain your decision. Was I the only one trading the news, or am I simply one of the victims? Your own website clearly states: “Yes, we do allow trading around major news.” which is what i simply do, anticipate the news spike and trade it. Never did i coordinated sn opposite trades. I’m posting this publicly because I’ve been trying to resolve a USD 173.48 withdrawal issue with XM since 3 August 2026, and I’m getting nowhere. On 3 August 2026, XM processed a withdrawal of USD 173.48. XM has repeatedly told me that the withdrawal was “successfully processed.” However, the money was never credited to my bank account. I contacted my bank and provided XM with the relevant bank statement and confirmation showing that the transaction was not received/credited to my account. I also provided the transaction details/UTR ([交易参考号已遮盖]) that XM gave me. Instead of investigating the transaction with their payment provider, XM keeps sending essentially the same response: > XM later requested an official bank document confirming that the bank was unable to trace/receive the transfer. I provided the requested bank documentation as well. Yet XM again asked for an official document/letter from the bank and has continued repeating that the payment was successfully processed. My question to XM is simple: If XM says the payment was successfully completed, where exactly are the funds? Please provide: • The payment provider/bank used to send the USD 173.48 • Complete payment/transaction trace • Confirmation of where the funds were actually credited • The corresponding settlement/transfer proof • Details of what happened to the funds if they were rejected, returned, or held by an intermediary I have already cooperated with the requests from both XM and my bank. I don't understand why I should repeatedly obtain documents proving that a payment that XM claims was completed was never received by my bank. I'm sharing this here in the hope that XM Support/representatives can publicly clarify what is happening and finally escalate this to their payment provider instead of sending another template response. I have screenshots/emails and supporting bank documents from the entire correspondence. I’m happy to provide redacted evidence to moderators or anyone who can help verify the situation. XM: Please investigate the payment using the transaction reference/UTR and tell me where my USD 173.48 is.

On 7 August, I had two pending Buy Limit orders on GOLD around 4325 and 4328. I was actively monitoring them and did not place market orders during the news movement. However, both orders were executed at 4352.84, resulting in significant losses and eventually a Stop Out. I contacted XM multiple times and provided screenshots, Trade IDs and the platform log file. Their response has repeatedly been that it was normal NFP slippage/volatility. My concern is not that slippage can happen. My concern is how a pending Buy Limit order around 4325–4328 was executed at 4352.84. I have now formally requested XM to provide the exact server-side Bid/Ask prices, trigger timestamps and execution audit trail for these trades. I'm posting this to make other traders aware and to ask: Has anyone experienced something similar with XM, especially during NFP or other high-impact news? I will update this post once XM provides the actual execution data.
