Rostro Group announced plans on 3 November to expand into spot digital-asset brokerage and fiat-to-crypto funding services. BVI FSC’s public register identifies the relevant company as RXM Capital Ltd, trading as RXMdigital, under the jurisdiction’s VASP registration framework. The entry is dated 6 October 2026, rather than the November announcement date.
The register includes virtual-asset and fiat exchange, exchanges between virtual assets, custody or administration, transfers and specified services connected with asset issuance. These permissions belong to RXM Capital. Scope Markets and Scope Prime are separate Rostro brands, and the registration should not be described as their own crypto licence.
Group CEO Michael Ayres said the next stage is building the services, technology and partnerships needed for expansion, with new capabilities planned for 2027. Rostro says its existing brands provide more than 40,000 instruments in over 150 countries. Those are group-stated business figures and do not mean the proposed digital-asset service is already open in those markets.
