South Africa’s FSCA made the withdrawal of Mixirite (Pty) Ltd’s FSP licence 52110 final on 5 November, with immediate effect. The licence had been provisionally withdrawn on 24 June 2026. Mixirite submitted representations and disputed the preliminary findings, but did not oppose the withdrawal becoming final.
The FSCA says the firm materially breached financial-sector laws and no longer meets fit-and-proper requirements. Its concerns include aggressive and manipulative sales, advice by unauthorised representatives, unrealistic or guaranteed-return promises, inadequate suitability and needs analyses, poor risk disclosure and wider governance failings.
The investigation is advanced and now also covers Complyxpert, Start Stream, Rayn Investments and Advice 365, all identified as South African private companies, and their key persons for possible breaches of section 7(1) of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act. The FSCA has withheld further detail to protect the investigation and will announce resulting decisions later. Inclusion in that investigation is not a final finding against those four firms.
