IG announced on 30 October that Kathleen DeRose was appointed an independent non-executive director of Jenkins Topco plc, the proposed Jersey holding company to be renamed IG Group Holdings plc. The board approved the appointment on 29 October. It takes effect only when the scheme of arrangement becomes effective, at which point she also joins the group risk committee.
DeRose has more than 25 years in international asset management, including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Asset Management and Scudder, Stevens & Clark, and recently led a fintech initiative at NYU Stern’s Fubon Center. The announcement lists board roles at LSEG, Voya, Experian and Taxwell, an Apron Payments chairmanship, and an earlier Enfusion role ending with its 2025 sale. None of these affiliations makes those companies parties to IG’s reorganisation.
