B2BROKER has added Model Context Protocol support and an in-terminal AI chat to B2TRADER, according to a 29 October report. Connected tools such as Claude and ChatGPT can retrieve market data, inspect portfolios and account history, and carry out permitted account actions. The release extends earlier analysis and market-information functions.
Brokers set the permission level. Read-only access permits analysis and monitoring, while full access can allow opening, changing and closing trades. Brokers can disable MCP, and an agent is restricted to accounts belonging to the trader who authorised it. Those controls mean the update does not create identical trading permissions at every broker.
Actions proposed through the in-terminal chat require explicit confirmation. An external agent granted full access can execute permitted trades without a separate confirmation for each order. CEO Arthur Azizov described deciding what an assistant may do as the central control question. The company expects fewer routine support enquiries, but the announcement supplies no measured reduction.
