For QR deposits, no single published time covers every Thai Pepperstone account. Check whether your payment method shows a processing time in the Secure Client Area. For withdrawals, Pepperstone's public table lists up to one business day for internal processing of Thailand local methods, but that is not a promise that the money will reach your bank within a day. The available method and its instructions can differ by account.
A Pantip user asked in November 2025 how long a QR deposit and a withdrawal would take. The question is still practical, but the post and its reply cannot establish today's terms for every Thai account.

The screenshot shows the original Pantip question, posted on 13 November 2025. It does not show a current Pepperstone processing rule.
Check the QR method before paying
Sign in to Pepperstone's Secure Client Area, choose the trading account, then open Funds → Deposit. Check whether a QR or Thai local payment option actually appears, along with the amount, currency, any fee and any displayed processing time before you confirm. Pepperstone says funding options depend on the region and are shown in the Funds section of the client area. If no time appears, ask support about that method. A QR option seen by another user does not confirm that it is available to your account today.
After you pay, compare your bank's confirmation with Funds → History and the trading account balance. History shows deposit and withdrawal requests and their status. If your bank says the payment succeeded but the deposit is still missing, keep the payment reference, amount, time and account number, then ask Pepperstone support to trace that transaction. Do not use the time reported in an old forum reply as a deadline for a new payment.
Withdrawal processing and arrival are separate
Pepperstone's withdrawal methods page lists Thailand local methods as taking up to one business day for Pepperstone to process and release the funds. The same page says the bank or payment provider controls final settlement, which can take longer, especially around weekends and public holidays. Its Australia support FAQ gives a broader answer of up to three business days for processing a withdrawal request. These are different regional pages and descriptions of processing; neither is an account-specific arrival guarantee. A bank transfer or another route may have a different time.
In the Secure Client Area, select Funds → Withdraw Funds, choose a method offered to your account and read its displayed terms. Pepperstone says withdrawals need email approval or a 2FA code; the withdrawal page says to confirm within one hour. Check Funds → History afterward. “Pending” or “processing” means the request has not finished Pepperstone's side; “processed” does not necessarily mean your bank has credited it. The destination generally needs to match a payment method linked to the account and the account holder's name.
If the displayed time has passed, contact support with the request ID and status. If Pepperstone has processed the withdrawal but your bank cannot find it, ask for a withdrawal receipt to help the bank trace it. Check the method and status in your own account before drawing a conclusion from another person's experience.
CFD trading carries a high risk of loss. A quick deposit or withdrawal method does not reduce market or leverage risk.
