Start at www.fxtm.com, typed into your browser yourself. Use the app link on FXTM's own site to reach the store listing, and use the site's listed contact channels to check any message or payment instruction that still looks doubtful. A familiar logo, an FXTM-like name or a padlock in the browser is not enough to establish who runs an app or website.
Check the link before you sign in
Look at the actual website address, not the name in a message or search result. The domain in FXTM's published website address is fxtm.com. An address that merely contains “fxtm” elsewhere is a different domain. HTTPS tells you the connection is encrypted; it does not tell you that the site belongs to FXTM. If a link came through a chat, ad or QR code, leave it and open the site from an address you entered yourself.
This question is practical, not hypothetical. In a 2024 Pantip discussion, a poster described an app promoted under the FXTM name, a separate domain and payments to changing personal names. That is the poster's account, not an independent finding about the app or FXTM's own service. The domain mentioned in that post was not fxtm.com, so it should not be treated as official on the strength of its name.
Check the app and the person contacting you
For the app, open FXTM's mobile app page from the website you entered yourself and follow its Google Play or Apple App Store route. Compare the store page you reach with the listing someone sent you. If the app is offered as a direct download from a message or an unfamiliar site, pause and ask FXTM through its own website. Store search results and app icons can look similar, so the route from the official site matters.
For a social account or “account manager”, compare the profile with the official channels listed in the footer of FXTM's website. FXTM's fraud guidance warns that impersonators can copy its logo and images. It also says its staff will not approach people through personal social profiles to ask for account details or promise prizes. If someone asks for a password, a verification code or another transfer to a personal account, stop and contact support through the site you opened independently.
If you have already clicked or paid
Do not send more money while you check. Save the URL, messages, payment receipt and the recipient details. If you entered account credentials, go to the site you opened independently to change the password and contact FXTM through its official support channel. If you transferred money, contact your bank or payment provider promptly as well. They can advise on the specific transaction; a public post cannot establish what happened to your funds.
The app's availability and the services you can use may depend on your location and account. Confirm those details in the official account flow before depositing. Trading leveraged products can lead to substantial losses even when the app and link are genuine.
